Hi! I’m Emily from The Morose Bee! I run an Etsy shop of handmade ceramic jewelry, housewares, and the occasional vintage find or supply item. I also have fun writing a blog for The Morose Bee where I share DIY tips and photos, do giveaways, and host craft swaps. I love using the internet to connect with other creative people!
Ceramic is often an unconventional material especially for jewelry, but I feel it’s what gives me an edge on other designers. Coming up with new items is always a challenge as there are so many creative people making unique handmade goods already! It’s difficult as well as rewarding. My ultimate dream is to be able to live full time on my craft. In a way I already do by teaching lessons and working at an art studio, but having the freedom to work from home by product sales would be incredible. I just hope it’s not too far fetched and unrealistic!
I’m very excited to be an Indie Gift Box contributor this month and I can’t wait to see what the entire package is going to look like!!!
